We communicate with your builder to help control costs, and we coordinate with energy specialists, interior designers and structural engineers as needed. We’ll be with you every step of the way until construction is completed.

About the designer:
J.W. "Willie" Dalrymple, CPBD, AIBD, has been a custom residential and light commercial design professional for over three decades. Having grown up learning about the construction industry from his father, who was a residential contractor, the transition to design was a natural move. After working a number of years for architectural and engineering firms in North Carolina, including one of the state’s largest and oldest architectural firms, Willie made the decision to establish his own firm. The company specializes in the design of custom homes of all styles and sizes. Project lists also include a large number of high-end renovations and additions as well as small commercial buildings. Completed projects have been built in Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender Counties in eastern North Carolina, locations in western North Carolina as well as South Carolina, Georgia and Texas. Willie has qualified by examination for the designation of Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), awarded by the National Council for Building Designer Certification (NCBDC). He is certified by the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America in New York, NY. He is an active Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), which offers seminars and other educational opportunities and requires a minimum number of continuing education units each year. Willie is immediate past President of the NC Society of AIBD.
